Shipping within the USA
Because most of our products are shipped via UPS, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 12-20 business days for your order to arrive. If you wish your order to go faster, please call us for rush shipping quotes or arrange pick up from our store by a shipper of your choice. We collect sales tax on orders from California. All custom orders first have to be custom made before they can be shipped. Please calculate the lead time of those orders in your time line.
Additional freight charges may apply to some large and heavy items. This amount is listed at the item level on the individual item product detail page and will be added to the standard delivery charges. Custom order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
International customers
Shipping charges for outside the US are not calculated automatically online at this time. . When you place an international order, you will be emailed or called with the shipping charge for your approval before the order is processed or your credit card charged. If you wish to get a shipping estimate before ordering, email with the items you're interested in. You can also arrange for your own shipping with pick up at our store. If you wish to get a shipping estimate before ordering, email us with the items you're interested in and we will work it out.
